    I wish to convey my appreciation to Management and staff for your professional approach to my request to hire a Mobility Scooter over Easter to use at the National Folk Festival .
    The phone contact was very pleasant and helpful, even though there were no Scooters available for the desired period, I asked if I could be considered should one become available , which one did and I was promptly notified and arrangements made to my delight.
    The scooter was the first I had ever used and saved my dodgy knee from blowing up , and I completed my Volunteer duties with ease . The scooter never missed a beat

    A thank you for the prompt ,courteous response to the phone call I made to Maria after having serious shut down problems with my normally ultra reliable Pride Sportsrider mobility Scooter.

    I want to thank sincerely Andy the service attendant that arrived and virtually dismantled the major components to get to the cause of the scooters malfunction which within a very short time he had diagnosed, all the time he was explaining all types of information with regards to battery life and the correct care and maintenance of owning a scooter. I had one other contact with a service attendant from Mobility Matters, Frank who also was genial and knowledgeable and who today was unavailable because he was servicing customers at Batemans Bay.

    After Andrew left making sure I was all OK I could not help my self but to express to an associate who I had been with what a great feeling it was to have a company that after having made a Sale goes out of its way to care for that customer.

    I think a simple slogan could read: Mobility Matters Care.
